“The pilot was approachable even when he was busy communicating with Air Traffic Control, he explained weather conditions and what to expect before it occurred which kept us at ease and at the end once the flight was over and we were leaving we were walked to the door where a staff member shook our hand as we left and thanked us for flying. Most companies take your money and once the event is over that’s it. Your company went above and beyond what was expected.
