Wednesday, May 15th, 2013

Another glorious Melbourne Autumn Day and these lucky Corporate guests shared the excitement of helicopter flights to Western Victoria’s Stunning Grampians region for activities and Lunch.

The group took to the Hamilton Gun range with unbridled enthusiasm. With trophies and morning Tea by The Local Country Womens Association. A great Time was had by all.

Then it was off to The Royal mail hotel in nearby Dunkeld. This is truly a unique destination set amongst native gardens and stunning views of the Southern Grampians. The Royal mail hotel and Executive chef Dan Hunter Inspire guests with their 3 Hatted Fine Dining Degustation menu.

The staff at the Royal mail hotel kindly opened their fine dining restaurant for lunch for the group and the feedback from our clients was outstanding. The attention to detail in the presentation and execution of the dish’s become self evident as every minutia is scrutinised by Dan at the Pass.

Dishes such as Eel and Bone Marrow accompanied with eggplant and pickled vegetables proudly trumpet the Royal Mail Hotels commitment to fine dining.

Thanks to the Royal Mail Hotel, The Hamilton Gun Club, Melbourne Private Tours, The Hamilton Country Womens association and all the Pilots and ground crew at Heli Experiences for another successful team building incentive event.
