I stopped over in Melbourne for a couple of days on the way back home to the UK after spending a month in New Zealand and my friend Debbie suggested a helicopter trip over Melbourne. Even though I have done helicopter flights before over cities, I hadn’t thought about the possibility of doing one over Melbourne. I’m so glad that I did – it was fantastic. The experience with your company yesterday was fantastic from start to finish “The pilot was approachable even when he was busy communicating with Air Traffic Control, he explained weather conditions and what to expect before it occurred which kept us at ease and at the end once the flight was over and we were leaving we were walked to the door where a staff member shook our hand as we left and thanked us for flying. Most companies take your money and once the event is over that’s it. Your company went above and beyond what was expected.
